Tapers and Taps is a laid back yet professional hair parlor located in Chattanooga's historic neighborhood, St. Elmo. A full service salon created for all to feel welcome and at home. A place where you can guarantee not only great hair but also great vibes, music, art, and complimentary local draft beer with every service. In order to keep things fresh we double as a vintage resale/ art gallery supporting local artists and cool vibes.
About the creator
Caroline (she/her) is a busy single mom who dreams big and believes anything is possible. She has been behind the chair for over 13 years making her a master in the trade. Although she has advanced education in many different cutting and coloring techniques, she prefers doing her own thing and collecting inspiration from nature and road trips. She is a free spirit who believes in magic in the moment and empowering people, so if you want to not only look good but feel good too then she's the perfect stylist for you.
